Terms of service:

This affiliate membership agreement is between MP Marketing., the parent company of Bob's Forex Classroom, and you. By registering for Bob's Forex Classroom Affiliate Program, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Participation

MP Marketing, INC. grants every member of the affiliate program a limited license to use the affiliate program upon registration and acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time, for any reason. If your license is terminated, any dues that you have accumulated will be paid to you in a timely fashion unless your license was terminated due to noncompliance with these terms.

Accuracy of Information

To participate in the affiliate program, you must provide us with accurate information. If at anytime your information is, in good faith, deemed misleading, untruthful, or otherwise inaccurate, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program and withhold any and all benefits and commissions that you you have earned.

Accumulation of Funds

The process of accumulating funds through the affiliate program is as follows:

1. You post your affiliate link to your website and/ or email that is sent to you by our Affiliate Manager. Do not rely on the one posted in the members area as pages might change in correlation to different emails.
2. A user follows your affiliate link and is taken to Bob's Forex Classrom website
3. A cookie is stored for up to 90 days on the user's computer
4. If the user signs up for our free service with with that cookie present, we will permanently associate your affiliate ID with their account
5. At any time, if the user subscribes to our paid service, your affiliate account will be credited with the appropriate commission

Commission will be paid based on the type of service the user subscribes to. The one service at this point is the subscription to the members area of the classroom which costs the user $947. Users may not use the affiliate program to refer themselves. We reserve the right to deny payment for anyone who abuses the system in this way and to track abuse using names, email addresses, IPs, or any other information that we collect.

Payments are sent on the 15th of every month and include 50% of all funds earned the previous month Then based on the launch nature of our site the other 50% payment will be made the following month. This is to protect both us and the affiliate from customers that have returned or charged back payments for whatever reason. Payment periods begin on the first day of every month and end on the last day of the same month. Providing you have accepted and complied with these terms and conditions, we will issue payment to you for each month that you have accumulated a balance regardless of the amount. Payments will generally occur at the beginning each month. We reserve the right to delay payments in the event of holidays, technical issues, or account investigations.

Advertising Guidelines

Bob's Forex Classroom provides you with an affiliate link and sample advertisements to attract potential customers. You may place these advertisements on any website or email list that you own or have permission to post such content. You are not authorized to send or post unsolicited emails, messages, or other unwanted content ("spamming") that contains our name or your affiliate link. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and withdraw all funds due to your account upon suspicion of "spamming". You are solely responsible for ensuring that your campaigns adhere to all laws and other legal requirements.

Legal Obligations

You and any representatives or entities acting on your behalf are required to comply at all times with all applicable federal, state, and foreign laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, judgments and decrees. To the greatest extent permissible by law,MP Marketing, INC. will not be held liable for any legal obligations that you or your representatives or entities fail to adhere to. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you adhere to all laws and other legal requirements.

Privacy Policy

The Bob's Forex Clasroom Affiliate Program utilizes the same privacy policy as MP Marketing, INC.

Bob's Forex Classroom DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES MP Marketing INC MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SURREAL CMS AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. MP Marketing, INC DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY..

YOU ARE SOLEY REPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MP Marketing INC. BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF MP Marketing, Inc. SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
